Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. Please contact support@noviraboutique.com as soon as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items with tags. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, contact us at support@noviraboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
